Patients with cold, fever or sore throat symtoms are asked to call The Clinic before attending an appointment.

Issues will be dealt with promptly should you need immediate access to a doctor - please call before attending to alert pratice staff.
Attending Your Home
We encourage patients to come to the clinic for a consultation so their Doctor can deliver optimal care with full access to clinic facilities and equipments.
Home visits are made when necessary for regular patients. Please ring before 12 noon if a home visit is required.
Visits are also made to nursing home patients by prior arrangement.
About The Clinic
The Clinic Williamstown was established in 1894. It is the longest running medical practice in Victoria.
Our experienced team of doctors, nurses and staff provide a range of healthcare services for your family right in the heart of Williamstown.
When Our Practice is Closed
After Hours problems - nights, weekends or public holidays - will be attended by our Locum Service who will contact our doctors if, during a visit, they need extra information. The next working day, they will advise The Clinic of the patients seen.
Please call 13 SICK (13 7425) to book. Fees for the Locum Service should be discussed with the Locum Service.

Melbourne University - Bachelor of MedicineAfter 6 years of hospital training he commenced work as a GP and worked in the North Western suburbs. He has been at The Clinic since 2013 when he became part owner with Dr Tri Phan. John enjoys the challengers of general practise in the modern world. He is interested in chronic disease care, men’s and children’s health and performing minor procedures. His focus is to manage the whole patient and places a high importance on preventative health.

Melbourne University - Bachelor of MedicineHe obtained the fellowship of the RACGP in 2000. He has interested in Chronic disease management, men’s health, children’s health and minor procedures. Tri was worked for many years in the North West Suburbs of Melbourne and became part owner of The Clinic in 2013.

Dr Louise Pyle
General Medical Practioner
University of Sydney - Bachelor of MedicinePrevious to studying medicine she completed a Master of Science degree and worked in scientific research for many years. Louise was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General practitioners in 2009. She has a general interest in medicine, particularly womens health and geriatrics. Before joining The Clinic in 2013 she worked locally in Newport as well as a community health centre.
