Welcome to The Clinic
The Clinic Williamstown was established in 1894 by Dr John Johnston. It is the longest running medical practice in Victoria.
The Clinic is run by Dr John Haddad and Dr Tri Phan. Both are very experienced doctors having worked in the northwest suburbs of Melbourne.
Dr Louise Pyle works Monday, Thursday and Friday. Dr Lana Sturm is rejoining the Clinic from March 24th working Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and every 3rd Saturday morning.
Additionally The Clinic also offers the services of Dr Robert Chatfield, Psychologist, who works three sessions per week. Jarryd Rogers, Podiatrist offers sessions all day Monday, Wednesday and alternate Saturday mornings. Stella Kwan, Dietician consults on alternate Saturday mornings and Albert Yeap a diabetic educator is here Fridays and Saturday mornings once a month and as a qualified Pharmacist can also offer Home Medication reviews, asthma management and Sleep studies.
We offer our patients on site pathology with Australian Clinical Labs who are available Monday to Friday 8am -12pm and Saturdays 8.30am - 11.30am - no appointment is necessary.
We have two practice nurses - Leilani Hart and Nikita Canham who are both able to help you with immunisations, care plans and assessments, dressings and wound care.
The Practice Manager is Angela Judd.
Senior Medical Receptionist is Courtney Ianna.

Melbourne University - Bachelor of MedicineAfter 6 years of hospital training he commenced work as a GP and worked in the North Western suburbs. He has been at The Clinic since 2013 when he became part owner with Dr Tri Phan. John enjoys the challengers of general practise in the modern world. He is interested in chronic disease care, men’s and children’s health and performing minor procedures. His focus is to manage the whole patient and places a high importance on preventative health.

Melbourne University - Bachelor of MedicineHe obtained the fellowship of the RACGP in 2000. He has interested in Chronic disease management, men’s health, children’s health and minor procedures. Tri was worked for many years in the North West Suburbs of Melbourne and became part owner of The Clinic in 2013.

Dr Louise Pyle
General Medical Practioner
University of Sydney - Bachelor of MedicinePrevious to studying medicine she completed a Master of Science degree and worked in scientific research for many years. Louise was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General practitioners in 2009. She has a general interest in medicine, particularly womens health and geriatrics. Before joining The Clinic in 2013 she worked locally in Newport as well as a community health centre.

Dr Lana Sturm

Monash University - Bachelor of Medicine
Dr Lana Sturm completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Monash University in 2019. She went on to work at Monash Health for three years before moving into General Practice at the start of 2023.
